Mosley, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today when admitting a young man, Keith Leonard Barrett, to three months' probation on a charge of driving at a speed which might have been dangerous to the public.
Mr. Mosley added that the ordinary •conditions of probation, including that of \ reporting within twenty-four hours to the probation officer, would apply in s^ch cases. The probation officer would airpige suitable times for instruction, aad, would see that the terms of probatifcft were complied with. If not, of-fejndea-s would be brought before the Court under arrest for breach of probation.
' pub-Inspector C. E. Boache, who pitwecuted, said that Barrett had crossed the intersection of Cuba and Miners Streets on Friday evening at a ijpeed estimated at 25 miles an hour.
