TRANS-PACIFIC FARES
SAN FRANCISCO, May 1. The secretary of the trans-Pacific shipping conference announced that passenger fares would be unchanged. It was reported last month that an increase of from 10 to 15 per cent, in fares, including the Matson Line to Australia and New Zealand, was expected. ■ '':'"
