AIR APPOINTMENT TO MOSCOW

RUGBY, April 28.

Squadron-Leader Charlton Hallawell has been appointed to the special duty list with the acting rank of wing-com-mander for service as Air Attache in Moscow. He succeeds Wing-Com-mander Collier, who was in 1934 the first officer to be appointed to this post.
