MINERALS AND .METALS IN N.S.W.
SYDNEY, April 28.
Minerals and metals won in New South Wales in 1936 were.the highest on record, and were valued at £13,109,816.' The coal output was 9,199,000 tons, valued at the pitmouth at £5,127,000.
The output of silver, silver lead, ore and concentrates, and zinc concentrates was valued at £4,019,000.
The gold output was 60,739 ounces o? fine gold, valued at £258,000.
