HUTT VALLEY ASSOCIATION
At the meeting of the Hutt Valley Association held on Monday night, the following, were-present:—Mrs. R. Cole, in the. chair,, Mrs. D. Cleland, Misses K. Cooke, Taylor, Ben ton, Lambourne, Orbiss, <Hathaway, Hamilton, Davidson, Milburn, Williams, Buckland. It was decided to arrange a tournament for April 24, and to have the official opening on May 1, when the finals of the tournament would be played. Tournament officials appointed were Mr. and Mrs. Tyrell, Mr. Harris, Mrs. Baldwin, Miss Cooke, together with.officials of the association.
Mesdames Cole, Baldwin, and Cleland, Misses Hamilton, Davidson, and Cooke were elected to the management committee. Mesdames Baldwin, Cleland,. and Miss Davidson were appointed the postponement committee, and clubs may ring any member.
Mesdames Cole, Cleland, and Miss Cooke were appointed selectors.
•It was decided to appeal to all clubs and supporters for assistance in refereeing. . . ■
