APPEAL TO BOWLERS
CHILDREN'S HEALTH CAMPS
A useful contribution to, a worthy cause should result from, the following 'appeal being forwarded by the Hon. W: Perry, M.L.C., president of the New Zealand Bowling Association, to all bowling centre presidents':— "The Prime .Minister -is- appealing to the .people *df* New Zealand to 'contribute -.- to a fund for the establishment of children's health camps as a Dominion memorial to the late King George V, and the New Zealand Bowlink Council commends this, appeal to you for your support. It is. proposed by my council that a collection be made.,.b.y each bowling, club in New Zealand oni. their -respective closing days. Kindly place; this proposal before your centre as early as possible and notify . clubs before their closing days so that all bowling clubs in New Zealand will have an opportunity of Contributing towards this worthy appeal. Please forward all contributions to .the secretary,. New Bowling Association, Wellington." . ;'
