WOOL BUSINESS INCREASES.
The'-directors'' of' the; Commonwealth" Wool and; Produce Company, Ltd., Sydney, have decided to issue 50,000 £1' shares, and to offer them at par to shareholders in the proportion of one for every '■ five held. New, shares will rank for dividends as from April 1 pari passu with the existing shares. '■ The- directors state that they have been • influenced by the expansion of the compahy.'s. business, particularly in relation to its, comparatively . recent entry into Victoria. They have before them sufficient information to indicate that-'the company's business for the year ending March 31 next will prove satisfactory, and they intend to recommend a dividend, of 6 per cent.
