£2000 TO LEADER OF OPPOSITION

It is understood that a Bill will be introduced in the House of Commons on Wednesday providing that the Prime Minister's salary be increased to £10,000 a year' and those of other members of Cabinet to £5000, with retiring pensions after a specified term of service. An innovation will be a salary for the Leader of the Opposition of £2000.
