CORONATION GARDENS

(To the -Editor.)

Sir,—l would like to ask the gardeners of the public parks and gardens of Wellington if they intend planting the gardens and public plots with Coronation colour schemes of red, white, and blue this season. I would like to suggest that some garden beds should be made in the shape of a crown and also some in purple and gold. I love old Wellington and it always gives me such pleasure to see it looking its best. —I am, etc.,
