For his fourth offence of drunkenness within six months, Timothy Kelly, aged 50, a labourer, was convicted by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., today and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within three months. For damaging a cell utensil, valued at 5s 6d, he was convicted and ordered to make good the damage done.
