ELDERLY MAN'S DEATH
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, This Day. At an inquest into the death of Charles William Mitchell, aged 73, of Rua Roa, who succumbed to injuries received in a collision with a taxi-cab on the night of March 12 on the main street of Dannevirke, the Coroner returned a verdict that death was due to shock and chest injuries. The cvi- . encc did not disclose excessive speed nn thp part of the driver of the taxi, Leicester G. Harris, and showed that visibility was very bad at the lime.
