STATE GOVERNOR DISTURBED

DETROIT, March 15.

The Governor of Michigan, Mr. F. Murphy, said he was ■ disturbed by a 'report that the Chrysler Company sitdown strikers were planning to defy the court order, and indicated that he intends to enforce it.

The Remington Rand Corporation announced that it would not comply with an order by the National Labour Relations Board to reinstate dischargsd union leaders and to bargain with the union exclusively. It intends to start Federal Court action to set aside the order.

Board officials said they will seek court action to compel the corporation to comply with the order.
