OFFER BY NUFFIELD
(British Official Wireless.) . (Received March 10, 1 p.m.) RUGBY, March 0. An offer by Lord Nuffiekl to give £50.000 for the formation of a sea cadet corps, provided another £100,000 was raised by the Navy League, was announced by the Lord Mayor of London today at Mansion House.
