GERMAN SENTENCE
DEATH PENALTY REFUSED
(Received March 9, 10 a.m.) BERLIN, March 8. Under the Nazi philosophy right ik whatever serves the community. A lawyer in a Weimar court pleaded that in shooting a dangerous and demented son a father had not harmed the community. The Court refused the death penalty and sentenced the father to three years' imprisonment. The father admitted shooting his sleeping son because he was a menace s to the villagers. .
