PENNANT GAMES
POST-SECTION PLAY
The two Wellington club entries, the Karori teami and one Hataitai team, were eliminated in the first round of post-section play in the Wellington Bowling Club's pennant competition on Saturday. The clubs now remaining are Thorndon, Victoria, Hataitai, and Kelburn. Seatoun and Karori were defeated in the junior post-section play, Petone and Lyall Bay being the finalists.
Results were as follows:— SENIOR PENNANT.
.Thorndon v. Wellington (Thorndon skins first).—Perry 31; Skoglund 13. Casey 17; Ross 17. Cullen 37; Spiller 14. Naylor 22; Porteous 15. Thorndon won. ■ . Victoria v. Wellington (Victoria skips first).—Tucker 33; Duff 21. Scolon 22; Shillson 19. -Watts 14; O'Dpnnell 20. Bolton 16; Warwick 23. Victoria I won on the aggregates. Karori v. Hataitai (Karon skips first).—Crawford 19; McWhannell 21. Field 22; Cometti 30. Gilbert 16; Halliday. 24. Adams 24; Wellings 18. Ha-! taftai won. ■ • ■:: Hataitai v.
