TRADE WITH CANADA

AUCKLAND, This Day.
"Although the agreer|jcnt has not been finalised, I am coxS'isnt ihat trading conditions favourable to.Spoth Canada and Australia will be established in the near iuture," said the Hon. W. D. Euler. Canadian Minister of Trade and Commerce, who is travelling on the Monterey on his return to Canada. The Minister was much impressed by the economic possibilities of Australia, and said there appeared to be almost a boom at the present time. Business people and the Government leaders had great confidence.in ,the-,£uture of Austra'A, and- the development taking place- should, contribute to a steady expansion of inter-Empire- commerce. The difficulty of contacts between the Dominions was diminishing, and he hoped that better understanding of the problems to be solved would lead-to increased prosperity. ~ -. .-,
