AUCKLAND, This Day.

Climbing a four-inch downpipo with the aid of a rope to the third storey, burglars last night entered the workroom of Cross and Jackson, manufacturers, in Cook Street, and stole women's apparel valued at £49. They also made an unsuccessful attempt on a safe. The stolen goods were specially made to fill orders this week.
