TRAINING OF CHILDREN
NEW RUSSIAN DECREE

MOSCOW, March 3.
A new decree orders military training for children of eight years and upwards, and the manufacture of miniature guns, aeroplanes, cars, and gas masks. Children's games must be directed towards the application of military lessons.
