BARNETT IN HOSPITAL
MELBOURNE, March 3,
The English batsman Barnett will go into hospital tomorrow for an operation to his knee. A chipped bone is causing him inconvenience. He will be unable to play in New Zealand and will rejoin the team on the homeward journey.
