HIS ONE ANXIETY
Among the arrivals at Auckland by the Monterey on Friday was Mr. Glion Curtis, juni, the new Vice-Consul at the American,Consular-Office in Wellington,' 'states the "New 'Zealand Herald." Mr. Curtis; who comes from St. Louis, Missouri, has had consular experience "in " Budapest," Hungary,, a place which he. described as pleasant and cheerful, but,-for'all: that; he was not sorry to come to' this' part/of the world.. He hoped to ■enjoy the'sport New Zealand offered, especially tennis, but he confessed that'he had a'great anxiety at ..present. ' He; did; not know what to do "with a double-action revolver which he had brought to New Zealand,". but which he was not; permitted to bring ashore.'
