TRAINING OF PILOTS
■ Mr. Jones stated today that he had invited representatives of the various aero clubs in New Zealand to meet him for the purpose of discussing proposals arising out of Wing-Commander Cochrane's report for the training of pilots. In welcoming the members of the conference, he told them that he was anxious to see whether their activities could be dovetailed into the scheme for training pilots for service and commercial purposes.
