ALLEGED THEFT OF CATTLE

AUCKLAND, Thfs. Day.

A farmer,-Kenneth William Alexander Nicholson, aged 23, was charged in the Police Court today with stealing three cows, valued at £24, the property of Edwin Armstrong, at Waitakaruru, near Thames, on February 25. The police requested a remand to March 8, which was granted, bail being fixed at £200, with two sureties of £100 each.
