AnriandSmith, will be the scene of a. garden, party tomorrow, arranged in aid of the Plunket Society, and officially opened at 3 o'clock by the president, bf the Plunket Society, Mrs.-H. Jowett.vStalls of all kinds will offer- their wares,- and it is suggested that -an excellent-oppor-tunity will be provided for.Housewives to purchase their, weekend'cakes, produce, etc. Tennis,,lawn, games-■ of many kinds, and afternoon tea are arranged for, and it is hoped that the weather will cater-for' a; delightful and profitable afternoon. If, however, the weather should be-unfavourable, the party will •be held - in.-• ■ the /Presbyterian Schoolroom, s ■where it is hoped that the public response will be equally generous. :
