FILM STAR'S NEW ROLE

CHICAGO, February 24.

Errol Flynn, the film actor, has announced that he intends to sail for Spain soon in the capacity of a war reporter for a British news syndicate, and then to search the South American jungle for Paul Redfern, the American aviator who has been missing since 1927. He will leave in a few days en route for London. He will then visit relatives in Ireland before sailing for Spain.

Paul Redfern, the American aviator, took off from Sea Island Beach; Brunswick, about ten years ago in an attempt to make a non-stop flight between North and South America. He was confident that he would land in Rio de Janeiro and break the record then held by Colonel Lindbergh. No definite advice has been received of him since, though there have been various rumours that he was found or was living in the jungle.
