February 19, 1937; the following resolution was passed:— The AVellington City Council hereby makes by Special Order the following Bylaw under and by virtue of and in exercise^ and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it'by the Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 190S, and its Amendments, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Wellington City Abattoir Charges and Renewal Fund Act, 1919, and of all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The: Short Title of this Bylaw is "The Wellington City Consolidated Bylaw Amendment No. 13 (Abattoir), 1937. The object aud purport of the Bylw are: 1 To make bylaws-in relation to the City Abattoir and meat vendors and to consolidate the existing bylaws m relation to the City Abattoir. 2.
