REPORT FROM VIENNA

LONDON, February 22,

The "Daily Mail's" Vienna correspondent understands that as a result of a week's discussions the Duke of Windsor intends to make his permanent home in Austria. He has inspected a number of estates. The choice and nature of his establishment depend on settlement of his financial affairs. Sir Walter. Moncktori is on the way to England carrying important documents signed by the Duke. The "Daily Telegraph's" Vienna corresp.ondent says that the Duke and Duchess of Kent are expected to arrive at Enzesfeld on February 24.
