LONDON, February 23,
Thirty-three maritime Powers, including Spain, have been invited to participate in the Coronation naval review on May 20.
The Abyssinian Legation confirms that a Coronation invitation has been received by the Emperor, who later will designate his representative. It is authoritatively stated in Rome that Italy will boycott the Coronation if Abyssinia attends^
