LAUCHLAN CUP
TRAMWAYS MATCH
The annual Lauchlan Cup match between teams representing the Christchurch and Wellington Tramway cricket clubs will be played at Kilbirnie Resei'ye on Monday and Tuesday next. Christchurch. reports having a very strong team, which is as fol-lows.'-f-J. Dawson, J. Cadenhead,; T. Holmes, E. Parkes, R. Commons,' L. Browne, T. Alexander, L. Smith, T. Cook, A. Milne, and D. McKenzie, with Mr. W. J. Walter as manager and Mr. T. W. Smith as secretary. The following-players have been selected to represent Wellington:—J. Tilyard. L. Elliott. R Lloyd, H. Holmes, B. Clothier, V. Maher, J. Munro, C. Chambers, M. Beaton, B. Boyd, J. Standidge, and A: Bennett. Mr. W. Perry is the- Wellington manager and Mr. A. L. Noot secretary. The Christchurch team will arrive on Saturday morning and leave again on Tuesday night.
