(Special to the "Evening Post.") DUNEDIN, This Day.

I Speaking at Cromwell, the Minister of Public Works (the Hon. R. Semple) said it was the desire of the Government to have a chain of aerodromes throughout the Dominion as well as emergency landing grounds. Caution was being exercised in regard to all activities in connection with flying, and it was gratifying to note as a result of its policy of caution, Union Airways, whose aeroplanes had covered over 1,000,000 miles and carried over 25,000 passengers, had not had one single accident.
