CHARIOT RACING
(Special to the "Evening Post.") PALMERSTON N., This Day. Chariot racing in appropriate cqstume is to be introduced by the Manawatu A. and P. Association as a major attraction at its winter show. The course will be six times around the oval at full gallop, Such events have not been tried out in New Zealand or Australia before, although it was reported 'to yesterday's meeting of the association's committee that these l-aces had proved very popular in England.
