On two charges of indecently assaulting a girl, aged 9, Ernest Sydney Dyer, carpenter, aged 59, appeared before Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
