Should three balls be in contact on the yard line, even though the striker's ball be in the centre, that ball can be lifted and all balls arranged in contact as required. * '. . STRIKING HOOP WITH MALLET. Should the striker, in making a stroke, strike the hoop with the mallet, this is not a foul stroke. The only danger of committing an error in this stroke is that the actual striking of the hoop may cause the ball to come back on the jnallet, i.e., to double tap, which constitutes a foul.
