WORK INCREASING
The ■ committee, of : the . Alexandra Home held their first, meeting for 1937 recently. 'Mrs.' M.'Corkill presided over a very i good atendarice of members. It was reported that' through the continued, kindly interest of many friends and' benefactors'a. very enjoyable Christmas-had-been spent by the girls"'in the home,- "and letters had been received thanking the home committee for many"'kindnesses shown."
