The quotations on February 9 were: March, 33d; May, 33d; July, 33d. The prices are for 64's tops, dry combed.

John Barker (N.Z.), Ltd., manufacturers, wholesale and retail dealers, has been registered in Auckland. Capital: £250, in shares of £1 each. Subscribers: L. van Collie, 225 shares; A. E. Denny, 25 shares. Kandos Cement, Sydney, will pay the interim dividend at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum on February 26.
