PRESS CONFERENCE

MEETING AT HERMITAGE

TIMARU, February 16.

Delegates to the annual Press Conference assembled at the. Hermitage during the weekend and tonight the guests number nearly 100. The weather is beautifully fine. A number of the delegates visited various points of interest, including Ball Hut, Tasman Glacier, the Hochstetter icefalls, Kea Point, and Hooker Valley. Tonight a general meeting of delegates was held but the real business of the conference will commence to morrow.
