LONDON, February 16. A conference has bt 'en opened by the Board of Trade to cs >nsider a move to save Britain's oil supi by reverting from oil to coal for t ertain classes of shipping. '■. It is pointed out that 41 per cent, of merchant ships depend on < oil including a large number of tramp ships. The entire combatant Navy uset « oil exclusively and the.
