SEVERE SNOWSTORM IN
JAPAN
TOKIO. February 16.
A great snowstorm in the Iwate prefecture resulted in 59 deaths .and the collapse of two schools and 20 houses. A train ran into 30 labourers clearing snow from a line in Hokkaido, killing five. ' ■
