FRAUD ALLEGED
Charged that between January 21 and January 28 he obtained credit to the extent of £1 10s ll|d by fraud, by representing that he was the owner of the Thorndon Service Station, Douglas Arthur Brewer,, a motormechanic, aged 42, appeared, before Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M;, in the, Magistrate's Court today.' Detective-Sergeant P. Doyle said that the" accused was arrested this morning by Detective W. Ritchie. A remand until February 17 was granted, and bail was fixed at £25, with one surety 'of that amount.
