LABOURER FOUND GUILTY

(Br Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, February 9. Charged with obscene exposure before two girls of 12 and 14 years at Napier on November 19 last, David William Mcßirney, labourer, of Napier, was found guilty before Mr. Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court, Napier, this afternoon. He was remanded to Thursday next for sentence. The police case was conducted by Mr. H. B. Lusk, Crown Prosecutor, Mcßirney, who pleaded not guilty, being represented by Mr. A. H. D. Mayne.
