DUTCH CAPITAL
DEVELOPMENT SCHEME IN TURKEY (Received February 10, 9.20 a.m.) ISTANBUL, February 9. A Dutch financial group, supported by the Ministry of Commerce, is investing nearly £4,000,000 in a development scheme in Turkey including the building of wireless transmission stations, the construction of harbours in the Black Sea and the Mediterranean, irrigation works in Central Anatolia and Turkey. The expenditure means long-term deliveries of grain and dried fruits.
