DUNEDIN, February 3

When walking along the railway line about a mile south of Milton on Tuesday night, Phyllis Andrew, aged 20, was struck by the engine of the MiltonRoxburgh goods express, teceiving severe head and body injuries. She was removed to hospitaL

Miss Andrew and her aunt, Mrs. George Patterson, had been to the piclures at Milton and wore taking a short-cut home. They were evidently dazzled by the headlight o£ the engine. Mrs. Patterson received only slight injuries.
