Sir John and Lady HeathcoatAmory, of Tiverton, Devon, England, will arrive at Auckland by the Rangitiki on February 11. Lady HeathcoatAmory was formerly Miss Joyce Wethered, the famous British golfer, and she was married in England at the beginning of last month-. Canon James is the guest of Sir George and Lady Shirtcliffe till he leaves for England. Mr. and Mrs. Meakin, English visitors, are. also their guests. Miss Jean Roberts, Wellington, who has been the guest of Mrs. A. J. A. Roberts and Mrs. Douglas Burns, Hemuera, returns home this week. Mrs. Wills,. Wellington, and Mrs. Edgar Jones and her daughters are guests at Warwick House, Christchurch, this week. Mrs.. B. Eanish is a Wellington visitor to Ohope Beach, near Whakatane. Dr. and Mrs. Robertson, Wanganui, returned from Sydney this week. Mrs. Robertson has just concluded a tour in England and abroad. They leave for Wanganui today. Mrs. Thompson,.
