SPANISH INDEMNITY OFFER

BRUSSELS, February 3.

The Spanish Government has informed Belgium of its willingness to deposit a million francs as an indemnity to the family of Baron de Borchgrave, who was murdered in December while acting as a secretary at the Belgian Embassy in Madrid, but demands that the case be referred to The Hagup Court.
