CO-OPERATION WiTf-v AUSTRALIA
For the past three years the Australian and the New Zealand military authorities have exchanged a regular officer during the camp training season from January onwards, in order that a close liaison may be maintained between the two armies. , The Government has approved ol Major W. G. Stevens, R.N.Z.A., visit^ ingl Australia this year fora period of approximately three'mqnths in order that he may attend the training camps of the Commonwealth Military Forces. Major Stevens is General Staff Omcer, Operations and Intelligence, at General Headquarters, and will be sailing from Wellington by the Wanganella on February 19. The Australian officer selected to come to New Zealand is Major C. w. Huxtable, who will arrive in New Zealand about February 22. : .
