LOWER HUTT APPLICATIONS

The Registrar of the Court of Review at Lower Hutt (Mr. F. B. Jameson), whose district includes the whole of the Hutt Valley, was kept exceptionally busy up to the time of the closing date on February 1, dealing with applications under the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act, 1936. In all 860 applications were filed. Up to January 26, 96 applications were filed, and after that the rush started.
