A LOAN FOR FRANCE (Received January 21, 9 a.m.) LONDON. January 20. It is believed in the City that Frnnce Will shortly be granted a £50,000,000 loan through the agency of tho joint stock banks. The security will be gold and bonds deposited in London. The loan is repayable within a year.
