TO TAKE CONSEQUENCES
"If a man has been warned by a traffic officer of the serious nature of the offence with which he is to be charged, -and if after being served with a summons to appear he does not do so, then he must take the consequences," said Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today, when George Evan Zemmerman was charged with driving in a manner that might have been dangerous on November 23 in Coutts Street.
The defendant was fined £2. and his liccnce was ordered to be endorsed and suspended until May 31.
