CAPE TOWN, January 18.

With the closing of the Empire Exhibition, the Dominion Trade Commissioners have been able to take stock of the merits of the exhibition. Mr. M. O'Brien, New Zealand, said that" while he recognised the Union's tariff walls would prevent New Zealand trading extensively her participation had been well worth while.
