NO PLAY AT CHRISTCHURCH
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, December 28. The Canterbury championship lawn tennis tourney could not be continued today owing to rain. If no rain falls tonight, the courts may be playable for long enough tomorrow to permit of the tournament being concluded. Thirf, however, seems at present unlikely.
