LONDON, December 28.

The promotors of Compensation Brokers, Ltd., the new company interested in barter trade, are AngloForeign Securities, Ltd., a subsidiary of the banking houses of J. Henry Schroder and Co. and Hambro's Bank. The new company is wholly British. The chairman is Lord Glenconner. and the directors are Messrs. E. W. D. Tennant, director of Charles Tennant, Sons, and Co., and Peter Tiarks. Mr. Julian Piggott, general manager of the British Iron and Steel Company's export department, will be managing director.
